We strive to bring about meaningful debate about your business, your tactics, your staffing, your market, your competition, and your objectives. Then, and only then can we aid you to set practical objectives.
- Second, is to work with you and your organization in preparing a detailed execution plan, with attainable timelines, measurable benchmarks, and practical assignments.
- Third, is to not only phase ourselves out, but to prepare the owner/ president so as to eliminate the need for future consultants.

However, nobody can determine your needs and develop a plan after thirty minutes on the phone. Expecting this is like calling a surgeon and asking him to diagnose and schedule your operation over the phone. To properly determine your needs we have to get to know a bit about you, see your operation, to access your needs and determine a timeline, project scope and price structure. To do this properly we have to spend at least a day with you. Our charge for this initial meeting is $1500 /day plus expenses. Quite simply, the fee helps us separate the talkers from the doers. However, the ONE HALF OF THE FEE is credited should you move forward, within 60 days, to a Socius Business Advisors project.
